I lived at Autumn Village apartments for 2 years. I was looking for a place that was pet-friendly and this is it. The grounds are kept nice, the 1-bedroom apartment was a nice size for a single person. I love the balcony and quiet in the evenings. I had no problem with maintenance. I placed a request and they were there in 24 hours, management (both previous and current) contacted me that very day I placed the request.
Great management. Very easy to talk to before and after signing. Always easy to contact, and very active. Groundskeeper is always on top of things and fast to respond to calls.
The great part about these apartments are the unique layouts, all of their apartments are a great size (even the one bedroom units), the area is next to a farm field so it's very quiet and pretty, and each apartment building has a max of four units per building, so you feel like you're in more of a condo or townhome. These are a great value for in a quiet neighborhood. They are very pet-friendly and have ample parking. Overall, Autumn Village is a safe place to call home for a fair price.
